Happy Weekend Everyone!!

So who else wishes it was still Valentine's Day?! I personally could not get enough of people watching yesterday. It just melts my heart when I see random romanic gestures. It was balloon, candy and flower overload everywhere! I love that!! However, the cutest scene was a couple with their two young daughters carrying balloons and Valentine's treats- I melt! Even though Valentines day focus on couples my favorite is seeing families celebrate. I still get chocolates from my dad on Valentine's day!!

Anyhow my date night was just what I wanted- we opted for staying in and making dinner. He wanted to go out to dinner, but early in the day he realized the crowds everywhere and the added traffic. I even got coffee in the afternoon and the place was packed. Seriously- crowds everywhere!!

It ended up being such a bussy day and we made dinner till late at night...and then tried to make dessert (bought a frozen cheesecake from Trader Joe's and when to two different store to buy raspberries). Honestly, I wish all holidays were reserved to being on weekends...they just go by so fast if they are during the week.

Sooo just in case you are waiting to go out for date nigh (like me) this LBD is perfect and oh so flattering. I also think it is perfect to transition from day time at work to date night. It has the perfect amount of ruches and in all the right places. This silhouette is so flattering...I don't even feel uncomfortable since it is a body con fit.
