Style Chocolate Chip: Be my Valentine: Part I

This year I am ~~very excited~~ ~~ecstatic~~ just too happy about Valentines Day. This is the first Valentines day I spend at home in two years .... so for the last two Valentines day I had to mail my Boyfriend a card and give him call to say I love you. This year I will have him close enough to give hug and squeeze him all I want. ( I'm cheesy I know) I get overly excited about holidays I get to spend with my boyfriend because 80% of our relationship had been long distance. I have grown to appreciate the holidays I do get to spend at home a lot more than I use to - especially one that is all about LOVE .

Regardless, I have adopted the idea that Valentines day is a made up Holiday , created to make people spend money... and Valentines day should be celebrated every day. There is no need to wait around a whole year to tell someone you care, like them, appreciate them, love them. Be it family, friends or a special someone, Vday should be celebrated all year long ( and chocolates should be given all year long too nom nom nom... especially the chocolate part. )

I have mixed feelings about this day ( I have dual personalities I know), but its always nice to find excuses to celebrate.
