Today's post is one of many that will include the Phillip Lim for Target Collection . This dress was the one piece I was dieing over...and thankfully found in stores, in my size . I feel like their was a definite craze to get your hands on something from the Phillip Lim collection- especially the bags!! I decided to style this dress with simple jewels, nude strappy shoes and a pop of pink . The print is very edgy and I wanted to style it in a girly way. I am already planning different ways to wear this ! I fully intend on wearing it as a coat and mixing it up with a leather skirt . Trust me ...this is not the last you'll see of this dress. And congrats to target for another wonderfully successful collab !

A New Season

With the new season starting tomorrow, I can't help but feel like this year has gone by way too quickly. The other day I saw Halloween decorations and panicked - pretty soon I will see decorations for New Years! Where has the time gone!? Regardless, the holidays are always a fun season- Yes.. Holiday season is finally here! Fall starts tomorrow ! eek!

Summer Statements

Even though I will miss summer, I am sure excited for the cooler weather. I'm itching for fall and fall fashions ! In Cali the weather will cool down a few degrees but not significantly enough to justify a full season change. Regardless, I'm dreaming of days that include scarves and boots.

For todays post I'm sharing how I mix denim. Chambray tops are just so versatile, they go with just about anything! It's easiest to pair a darker denim with a contrasting lighter shade.

Floral All Year Round

I don't know about you, but floral prints stay in my closet all year round. It's kind of like pink- its part of being a girl don't you think?! Today I'm sharing a way to transition floral prints into the fall months ahead. The trick is to wear larger floral patterns and combine with subtle pops of colors.
